Dura Lex Pyrex (Diaries of a struggling Law student)

Translation: The Law may be hard but the plate is still harder(pun intended). It used to be that when a man commits an act against the law, the judge throws the book on the offender. This means the offender is punished according to the provisions of law. No matter how hard is the law, it is still the law. At home, there is a different law. When a husband commits an offense, the wife throws not the book, but the plate. Which is harder now? The book or the plate? This is where our story begins.

UM College of Law Acquaintance Party 2009

This wet, wild, wacky party happened last Saturday 27 June 2009 at a resort called Gardena Fresca somewhere in Matina. I could have even lost my way if I had not picked up Sweet and Karen who told me where the place is. I was thinking Ulas. I would have been really, really lost. Here go the snapshots courtesy of Ronel since I could not do two things at the same time--emceeing and paparazzi-ing. It was great, one that probably was more fun than the previous ones.

Beer just flowed, food was adequate. The profs were game. The students were just into it. Me? I had fun, really. But it was almost a four-hour job that's just worth it. Here are the photos guys, when I get to be in the mood, I'll do my usual grilling commentaries.
